By using this website or booking with Rabie Ridge Ink House ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.
1. Age and identification
You must be 18 or older to be tattooed or pierced. We may ask for valid ID and may refuse service if age cannot be confirmed.
2. Bookings and booking fee
- A R350 booking fee secures a tattoo or piercing appointment per session.
- The booking fee is deducted from the final price of your service.
- Submitting the website form is a request only; your appointment is confirmed once we reply with a date and time.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the booking fee being forfeited.
4. Pricing
Prices on the website are starting prices or standard rates in South African Rand and may change. Custom, portrait, cover-up and large work is quoted after we see your idea, size and placement. The final price is agreed before we start.
5. House calls
A R400 house call fee applies when you request a service at your location, in addition to the service price. Availability depends on location and safe, clean working conditions.
6. Health, safety and your responsibilities
- Tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, medication or pregnancy before your session.
- Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs; we may refuse service.
- We use sterile, single-use needles and follow hygiene practices.
- Follow our aftercare guidance. We are not responsible for infection or poor healing caused by not following it.
7. Artwork and results
Tattoos are permanent and skin heals differently for everyone. Final results may vary slightly from the reference or design. Touch-ups and cover-ups are charged as listed. We reserve the right to decline a design or placement we believe will not turn out well.
8. Photos
We may photograph finished work for our portfolio and social media. Tell us before your session if you do not want your work shared.
9. Website use and content
All text, images and branding on this site belong to Rabie Ridge Ink House or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the website is always error-free or available.
10. Advertising and third-party links
This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for third-party websites or advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for how cookies are used.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from services, except where caused by our gross negligence.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
